ACER publishes a document Questions & Answers on REMIT which is updated on regular basis. Document relates both regulation REMIT and COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 1348/2014 on data reporting implementing Article 8(2) and Article 8(6) of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
